As the President of S&K Air Power I managed the development and implementation of strategic planning for the company growth, prepared operational budget and sales goals and objectives and established solid customers and suppliers relationships for stable operations. While there I reduced monthly overhead from $365,000 to $289,000 by analyzing data and metrics and implementing a business plan to lower cost. Being proactive I planned and upgraded technical equipment from 1980’s technology to new systems. Here, I served as the systems administrator, providing employee training. Projected that the project would save $15,000 a month with increased customer satisfaction.

While at PTP Systems, as the Business Development Manager, I provided product presentations to customers for new business development, and developed new accounts and project orders. Here I worked with mid and senior level management to determine customer needs and provide cost effective solutions. I motivated outside sales representatives with sales forecast, project planning and individual goals and established short and long term goals and objectives to reach strategic plans. While with PTP Systems I expanded the customer base from Auto Manufacturers to General Industry sales, recorded a record territory sales of $9 million and introduced tool sales to new markets in North Carolina and Mexico. This increased sales by $500,000.
